Retrieving files is just as secure

When you need to retrieve a file, the SAMStore service continues right to your desktop. Files are transferred in secure File Transfer Cases which have locks secured by a tag with a unique serial number, which is communicated to you separately. Only by breaking the tag can the case be opened, so you can be sure that if the serial number is different, or if the tag is broken, the contents have been tampered with. Adding a measure of reassurance that even when your documents and records leave storage, SAMStore is still looking after them.
